On Election Day there is no "second attempt." There's one shot, one day, and zero room for error.

In a recent project for a major Israeli political party, the task was clear but nerve-wracking: stand up a system to manage thousands of staff and volunteers nationwide, right at the peak of the campaign. The timeline was extremely tight. Here's how we did it.

Focus, focus, focus (MVP)

Time was a luxury we didn't have. We focused strictly on a Minimum Viable Product that delivered high value fast, stripping away the non-essentials so the core functions — scheduling, placement, and tracking — were rock solid. On the day itself, the system had to be stable, fast, and easy to operate.

A real partnership

This wasn't "ship it and forget it." We kept a tight, daily line of communication with the client to sharpen the challenge and understand the needs on the ground (scheduling, pay, tracking). We also spoke with field staff and watched how they actually used the system, then improved it for them — making sure we were solving the right problems.

The real test

On Election Day, as loads spiked and some competing parties' systems buckled under the pressure, our system — built on modern cloud infrastructure — kept running smoothly. No outages, no stutters. It kept serving the party through the day-after phases of lessons-learned and payroll calculations too.
